IDF aircraft and tanks attacked a number of Hamas observation posts for gathering intelligence located in the southern Gaza Strip.
The attack was carried out in response to the explosive balloons that had been released from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory and the fire earlier at the IDF observation post.
