The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court has ruled that leftist extreme activist Jonathan Pollack will remain in custody pending a different decision.
Pollack is being held for failure to appear in court on complaints by the Ad Kan (Up to Here) organization on his involvement in violent demonstrations against the Israel Defense Forces and the security barrier in Judea and Samaria. The court cited his failure to post bond and scheduled another hearing in a month.
