President Reuven Rivlin responded to Russian President Putin's decision to grant Naama Issachar a pardon.
"So happy to receive the news of the Russian president's decision to pardon Naama. I thank him for the compassion and wisdom he demonstrated in this decision. Congratulations to the prime minister for all his important work for Naama's release and blessings to the entire Issachar family," the president said.
