A 20-year-old woman was killed in a car accident between a truck and a private vehicle on Route 90, near Argaman.
An MDA crew arriving at the scene found her with no signs of life and was forced to determine her death, providing medical treatment to the truck driver, who was lightly injured.
United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Matan Shamir who was one of the first responders at the scene said:
"The accident took place between a truck and a car. When I arrived at the scene there was a woman trapped inside the car who was suffering from a full system trauma. Firefighters evacuated the woman from the vehicle but unfortunately, she was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of the injuries that she suffered."
