Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is scheduled to take off from Washington to Moscow on Wednesday to update President Vladimir Putin on details of the United States peace plan for Israel and the Palestinian Authority and other diplomatic developments.
By then Putin could approve Naama Issachar's pardon request and she could return to Israel with Netanyahu.
