Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas spoke to British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab ahead of the unveiling of the Trump administration's peace plan.
Palestinian Arab media reported that Abbas told Raab that the PA was ready to negotiate with Israel but not under American mediation because of the clear US bias in favor of Israel.
