Chairman Avigdor Liberman of the Yisrael Beytenu Party has responded to Sunday's anti-draft protest by the extremist haredi-religious Peleg Yerushalmi Jerusalem Faction by promising to ensure that budgets do not reach yeshivas.
Writing on Twitter, Liberman said, "I have now seen the rioting of the haredim from the Jerusalem Faction at the entrance to Jerusalem. In the next coalition, we will make sure that budgets reach health and soldiers and not yeshivas and [their] students."
