Vehicular traffic and the Jerusalem light rail have been blocked at the intersection of Jaffa Road and Sarei Yisrael, due to a demonstration by members of the haredi-religious Peleg Yerushalmi Jerusalem faction, protesting the arrest of a draft dodger, according to Maariv.
Police are working to free traffic and the light rail.
