Over 1,000 people were injured and at least 20 people have died after a 6.8 magnitude earthquake shook eastern Turkey, BBC reported.
The earthquake's epicenter was in the town of Sivrice in Turkey's Elazig province, but it was also felt in Iran, Syria, and Lebanon.
