Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion met Thursday night with US Vice President Mike Pence. The two discussed a number of issues, and at the conclusion of the meeting, Lion thanked Pence for his visit to Israel's capital and for the warm relationship between Washington and Israel.
"The meeting between myself and the Vice President was warm and focused. There is no doubt that today, Washington knows it has a true friend in the capital," Lion said.
