Rivlin: No coincidence in end of Leningrad siege and Auschwitz liberation

President Reuven Rivlin told a ceremony to dedicate a memorial to the World War II siege of Leningrad on Thursday that it was not a coincidence that the siege ended a year to the day before the Soviet Union's Red Army liberated the Auschwitz concentration camp.
