Jerusalem mayor: Jerusalem shares Leningrad's siege history

Mayor Moshe Leon of Jerusalem told a ceremony to dedicate a memorial in the capital to the World War II siege of Leningrad that Jerusalem also has a history of undergoing sieges, going back to ancient times.
