Following the signing of American-Israeli center Amar'e Stoudemire by Maccabi Tel Aviv last night, the Israel Basketball Association has announced that there was no conflict of interest in the signing.
The question came up because of Stoudemire, a former Hapoel Jerusalem player, holds a three-percent interest in a company related to the Jerusalem team.
