Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu ended his meeting with French President Macron.

"We have agreed to establish a strategic dialogue between Israel and France to allow us to continue to cooperate with the common interests. This is a very important change in Israel's foreign policy; it can help us in things that are very important for the security of the State," the Prime Minister said.

"I commended Emanuel Macaron for his staunch opposition to anti-Semitism he expressed, for example, during his visit here in Jerusalem. I also called on him to deal with the case of Sarah Halimi's murderer, and to extradite a murderer who murdered Jews in France, who is currently in Ramallah and should be extradited to France. He promised to check both of those things."
