Efrat budget passes the NIS 100 million mark

The Efrat Local Council approved, Monday, a budget that went over 100 million shekels for the first time.

About a decade ago, the budget was less than NIS 50 million. Council Chairman Oded Revivi said, "The council is undergoing a process of moving from a small to medium authority. It has grown by about 60% within two years with construction momentum. These figures are reflected in a series of economic measures within the authority that have led to an increase in revenue, maintaining a budgetary balance in previous years and avoiding a deficit."
