Two protesters were killed in Baghdad on Monday in clashes with security forces, medical and security sources said.
The two succumbed to their wounds in hospital after police fired live rounds of ammunition in Baghdad’s Tayaran Square, security and medical sources said. One protester was shot by a live bullet in the head, while the second was hit by a tear gas canister, the sources added.
