Sources close to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu have dismissed a report by Channel 12 News that the coalition is initiating Itamar Ben-Gvir's appointment as a minister to dissuade him from running for Knesset.
The sources said, "The initiative to appoint Ben-Gvir minister is being promoted without the prime minister's knowledge and will not be carried out."
