Lakia Council head Salem Abu Aish was summoned to a hearing at the Environmental Protection Ministry after the Council he heads dumped massive amounts of waste in Nahal Roche.
The council was alerted that if it fails to comply it will be fined NIS 200,000 and the council head will face criminal charges, reports Galei Tzahal.
