European Union Foreign Minister Josep Borrell has claimed that the announcement by European countries about nuclear agreement violations was not intended to pave the way for renewed sanctions on Iran.
He said Europe wants to reach a situation where Iran is returning to full implementation of the 2015 nuclear agreement.
