Police arrested a number of young people for public disorder and lighting flares at a football game Monday night at Sami Ofer Stadium in Haifa.
A Jerusalem resident in his twenties who was arrested on suspicion of assaulting police officers will be brought to the Haifa Magistrates Court this morning for a hearing to extend his detention. Three other youths were detained for a brawl in the stadium parking lot and at the end of their interrogation, they were released and banned 30 days from the stadium. The two detained for lighting flares were also released after being questioned.
