Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu wrote on Monday to Naama Issachar, the Israeli serving a seven-and-a-half year sentence in Russia for possession of a small amount of marijuana found in her possessions while in transit at a Moscow airport. Netanyahu told Issachar, "The State of Israel and I are investing ceaseless efforts to effect your release."
