Blue and White Party Chairman Benny Gantz said, Sunday afternoon, "I have instructed the chairman of the Blue and White faction, Member of Knesset Avi Nissenkorn, to convene the Arrangements Committee as soon as possible and set up the Knesset House Committee to discuss [Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu's immunity [from prosecution on corruption charges]."
Responding to the Knesset legal advisor's opinion that the Knesset speaker may not thwart the establishment of a committee to discuss the request by the prime minister for immunity, Gantz said, "Netanyahu asked for it - Netanyahu will get it."
