Knesset Legal Advisor Eyal Ynon has issued a legal opinion that Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein cannot prevent establishment of new committees, including the Knesset House Committee to discuss Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's request for immunity from prosecution on corruption charges.
