Haifa police detectives have uncovered seedlings weighing about five kilograms of a substance suspected of being marijuana drug and equipment for growing it in an apartment they had under surveillance as a suspected drug laboratory.
Detectives detained a 32-year-old resident of the city for questioning. He will be brought to the Haifa Magistrates Court on Monday for a hearing on a police request to extend his detention.
