Military authorities have opened an investigation, after soldiers were documented in unruly and dangerous driving, including making skidding circles, wih a military ambulance, in the parking lot of the Negev training center.
The Israel Defense Forces' spokesman said the IDF takes a serious view of the incident, noting that the vehicle was used without permission.
