A 32-year-old resident of the Nahariya area, drowned to death as he tried to rescue other people who had been swept up in the current due to heavy rains, but eventually his strength failed him and he was carried away by the current himself.
Security forces have been searching for him since noon, and he has now found him dead in Nahariya.
