Tel Aviv District Court Chief Justice Eitan Orenstein is the judge who was allegedly advanced to his position in exchange for assisting Bar Chairman Effie Naveh, it was released for publication today.
Judge Alaa Masarwa approved the judge's identity to be revealed at a hearing in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court following a request filed by several media outlets to reveal correspondence between the two, and about the leak of material from Naveh's phone.
