A 30-year-old worker fell from a height at a construction site on Moshe Dayan Boulevard in Rishon LeTzion.
United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Moshe Mizrachi who was among the first responders at the scene relayed: "When we arrived at the scene we found a construction worker suffering from full-system trauma after having fallen from scaffolding while working. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of the injuries that he suffered."
