Haifa area flooding: Civilians stuck with vehicles rescued

Many flooding incidents in Haifa and its roads have been blocked, including Bar Yehuda Street, Hof Shemen, and Halutzei HaTaasiya Crossing.

Some civilians who became stuck with their vehicles were rescued.
