The Palestinian Authority has punished four Arabs, military personnel who refused to meet with representatives of the Israeli Civil Administration in Bethlehem, according to Kan News.
The four worked in Bethlehem and told Israeli representatives that they were not welcome in the city.
Their punishment consisted of being transferred to other cities in Judea and Samaria, including Hevron and Shechem.
