Police have filed a prosecutor's declaration of intent to prosecute against Yonatan Fadida, the driver suspected of running over the two bikers in Sharon.
The prosecution intends to indict Fadida in the next few days. A court has extended his detention by four days. According to the police investigation, Fadida was speeding at more than 150 kilometers/94 miles an hour while under the influence of cannabis.
