'Free Israel Movement' director Uri Kidder welcomed the decision of the IDF Chief of Staff to continue integrating women into armored units.
"We applaud the courageous decision of the chief of staff that did not let a number of weeds obscure reality and did not succumb to the pressures of extremist religious officials. We believe that the recruitment of dozens of other women is only natural and the only question to consider is - how the integration of women into armored units has not been done before now."
