Bat Yam resident indicted in murder of his brother

The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office submitted an indictment to the Tel Aviv District Court, Thursday morning, charging Michael Nikolkin, 24, of Bat Yam for murder in aggravated circumstances of his brother Evgeny Kleinman.
