Minister Ofir Akunis expressed hope in an interview on Reshet Bet on Tuesday night that the judges of the Supreme Court will not intervene in the issue of Netanyahu's ability to form a government before the elections, and certainly not after them.
"Only the legislature determines who can head a government. If the Supreme Court judges bypass three basic laws (the Government, the Knesset and the President), there is no room for elections, there is no room for government and no room for the Knesset," Akunis said.
