State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman has rejected criticism of the handling of his office.
Speaking at the conference of the Calcalist economic publication, Englman said, "The discussions in my office are conducted professionally. Today I submit more than 25 reports that are being completed by the audit teams these days and I suggest that everyone be patient. The reports include very significant findings relating to social and economic issues as well as to the security system. I suggest that I be examined according to my reports."
