A district court has decided to release to house arrest a man suspected of assisting in the murder of the Jerusalem court security commander, Amos Saar.
The house arrest is subject to the suspect depositing his passport with authorities. With the ruling, the court rejected the police appeal of the Magistrates Court's decision in the matter.
