The Environmental Protection Ministry has announced that Noble Energy has complied with all of the ministry's professional environmental conditions, meaning the flushing of nitrogen from the Leviathan natural-gas rig will take place early Tuesday morning.
The ministry made a point that there are no special guidelines for the public and that the impact on air quality in the coastal area opposite the rig is expected to be low.
