New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has scheduled a news conference at the Grand Army Plaza Brooklyn Public Library at 4 pm Eastern Standard Time on Sunday to announce new measures to combat anti-Semitism in the city.
Immediately after that he’ll join the Jewish community for the lighting of the world’s largest Hanukkah menorah.
