Simcha Goldin, father of soldier Hadar Goldin, whose body is held by Hamas, expressed dismay on Sunday to the discussion in the political-security cabinet of an agreement for calm with Hamas that does not include the return of Hadar's body and that of fellow soldier Oron Shaul, as well as living Israelis who have crossed into Gaza since the end of the Protective Edge counterterror campaign of 2014.
In a conversation with Arutz Sheva, Goldin said, "This is another miss in the country's very long chain of misses. We are constantly on the side of the givers who demand nothing. After 1,200 rocket launches at the State of Israel in the last two years, it is time for the State of Israel to demand its troops in any agreement it has with Hamas."
