Police are asking for the public's help in locating the suspect driver in a hit-and-run accident on Jabotinsky Street near Alterman Corner in Herzliya last Thursday.
In the accident, a car owner in her eighties was injured standing near the train tracks. Her condition is defined critical.
The offending vehicle driver fled the scene without providing assistance to the injured person.
