March of Life Chairman Shmuel Rosenman reacted to the stabbing attack in New York: "After the Pittsburgh massacre, we thought U.S. authorities would wake up and declare war on anti-Semitism, but unfortunately we see this phenomenon continuing to grow.

"It is precisely in the United States, the lighthouse of liberty and the gleaming city on the hill, where there is occurring the harshest and most ugly anti-Semitism in recent years.

"I was pleased to hear President Trump's statement on the war on anti-Semitism, but now is the time for action. Without firm enforcement, alongside education for tolerance and accepting the other, there will be no real change."
