Authorities are working to fix traffic lights at several intersections in Tel Aviv: Kaplan Street at Menachem Begin, Ibn Gvirol at Hamelech Shaul, Bograshov at Ben Yehuda, Sheetrit at Rokach and Herbert Samuel at Frishman.
Police also reported the sighting of a large puddle of water in the area of the entrance to the Reading parking lot from Sderot Rokach.
