Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem announced that a one-month-old baby was brought to the pediatric intensive care unit while undergoing full CPR efforts by a MDA team. The baby had no pulse or breathing.
In coordination with MDA, the emergency room staff waited for the baby to arrive and immediately proceeded with advanced resuscitation including medication until pulse recovery and condition stabilized. The baby is currently under sedation in the pediatric intensive care unit in serious condition.
