The Central District Court has accepted a petition by the Israel Lands Authority for the cancellation of a contract and for the restoration of two agricultural properties to the Kfar Truman moshav, which have been used, inter alia, for a long-term parking lot for Ben-Gurion Airport.
Along with the cancellation of the lease and the restoration of the land, the defendants were charged the proper usage fee of seven million shekels for illegal uses, were ordered to remove illegal buildings from the property and were charged NIS 100,000 for court costs.
