Aliyah organization deplores allegation that most immigrants are not Jewish

Nefesh b'Nefesh, which primarily promotes immigration to Israel from North America, says, "Anyone at all familiar with aliyah from North America knows it unfathomable that 70% of them not considered Jewish according to Halacha [Jewish law -ed.]."
