General Manager Yaakov Ben Shoshan of the Israel Basketball Association has sent a letter of protest to the director of basketball's Champions League following the burning of the Israeli flag by fans of AEK Athens during the Deember 18th match against Hapoel Jerusalem.
The letter reads, "We see this as a severe event and the Israel Basketball Association wants to know how the League's management intends to conduct and handle this event, mainly so that this kind of event is not repeated."
