Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu continued, Sunday evening, his attack on the decision of the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the Hague to promote an investigation against Israel for "war crimes".
Speaking at a Hanukkah candle-lighting ceremony at the Western Wall of the Temple in Jerusalem, Netanyahu said, "We fought 2000 years ago against Antiochus' anti-Semitic decrees, which came to erase our rights. On Friday, we were told of new decrees imposed on the Jewish people. Anti-Semitic decrees by the International Court of Justice, which come to tell us that we have no right to live here and that we are committing war crimes here. We will not bow our heads, we will fight it with all the tools [at our disposal]."
