Supreme Court Justice Ofer Grosskopf ruled, Sunday afternoon, that a three-judge panel of the court will soon hold a hearing on a petition demanding that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu not be allowed to form a government in light of the pending corruption indictments against him.
