A motorcyclist was caught speeding 199 kph (123mph) on Highway 90 near Rosh Pina.
The rider, a resident of Tamra, was detained for interrogation in the probation unit and then released under restrictive conditions to house arrest for three days, and was summoned to court in the coming days.
