A first collective bargaining agreement was signed today at Assuta Ashdod Public Hospital, under the chairmanship of Histadrut head Arnon Bar-David, hospital's management, and the workers' representative.
It is valid for three years and is relevant to approximately 1,600 employees: nurses, administrative and economic workers, auxiliary forces and paramedical workers. The agreement improves the conditions of employment and welfare of employees.
